Data that agencies store about their candidates and contacts is controlled by that agency; we process it for them under our data processing agreement.

Who we share it with
Only the suppliers that help us run Tempbench, under contracts that protect your data: Hostinger (hosting), Cloudflare (security and delivery), Stripe (payments), [email provider] (account emails) and postcodes.io (postcode lookups, which receive postcodes only). We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open and for up to 6 years after it closes where we need it for tax and legal records. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@tempbench.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The app uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies in the app.
